We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us to arrange that the product be returned in unused condition using the standard return procedures.

We do not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damaged of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Applicable Law
By visiting vcsatellite.ecrater.com, you agree that the laws of the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and VC Satellite.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from VC Satellite are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, there is a very small window of time where we can catch an order to cancel. Please note that while we will make every effort to catch an order which has been requested to be cancelled, if an order cannot be cancelled, such as if the packages have already loaded onto the trailer, then we have no other option available to us but to ship the order out. All shipping charges are non-refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee for merchandise that is returned.
Return Policy
For any item to be considered for you must contact VC Satellite by e-mail stating order number, product, and reason for return. Each case will be handled on its on merit and any return will be subject a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
